Simplify document signing with Stessa’s integrated eSignature tool powered by DocuSign. Whether it’s a lease agreement or an addendum, this feature makes it easy to securely collect legally binding signatures online—no printing, scanning, or mailing required.

What Is Stessa’s eSignature Tool?

Stessa’s DocuSign integration allows you to:

  • Upload any PDF document

  • Add signature and text fields

  • Send for signing

  • Track progress in real-time

  • Store completed documents securely in your account

Signatures are legally valid and accessible anytime from your Stessa Documents tab.

What Documents Can I Use It For?

You can use eSignatures on any PDF document, including:

  • Lease agreements

  • Addendums

  • Property management contracts

  • Purchase and sale agreements

  • Any other real estate documents requiring a signature

How Much Does It Cost?

  • Included with Stessa Pro

  • Each Pro account includes 5 eSignature uses per month

  • Usage resets monthly (unused credits do not roll over)

  • Not available on the free plan—upgrade to Pro for access

How Many Signers Can I Add?

As many as you need! Each document can be sent to multiple signers, with custom fields for each.

How to Use the eSignature Tool

  1. Upload Your Document

    • Navigate to the eSignature tool

    • Upload your document (PDF format only)

  2. Add Signers & Customize Fields

    • Enter email addresses for all required signers

    • Drag and drop signature, date, and text fields where needed

  3. Send for Signing

    • Choose to sign first or send to others

    • Signers receive a secure email link to complete their part

  4. Track & Complete

    • View status updates in real-time

    • Once complete, all parties receive a finalized copy

    • Access completed documents anytime in your Stessa account

Quick Notes

  • Only PDF files are supported for eSignature

  • Documents are stored in your Documents tab for future access

  • You can view, download, or resend signed copies anytime
