Follow the steps below to order an Application + Screening.

1. Navigate to the Screening Page

  • Select "Get Started" under the Application + Screening section to begin.

3. Select the Rental Property

For the most comprehensive results, we recommend selecting Full Background Check + Credit Report with the Income Verification Add-On.

  • Check the box to agree to RentPrep's Terms and Conditions.

6. Applicant Information

  • Enter the applicant(s) name and email address

*Each applicant needs their own email address. Email addresses cannot be shared.

7. Confirm & Submit

  • Review the details if your order. To make changes, click Back or choose the relevant section from the left-side menu.

  • Submit Request!

What Happens Next?

  • Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirming your order.

  • Applicant’s Email Invitation: The applicant will receive an email invitation from hello@tenant.stessa.com within minutes.

    • First Email: The initial email will prompt the applicant to complete the application.

    • Second Email: After completing the application, the applicant will receive a second email to complete the identity verification process for the screening.

Once the applicant completes the application and verification, you will receive an email notification that everything is ready to view.
