Why Use This Feature?
If you own less than 100% of one or more properties, Stessa Pro allows you to adjust your portfolio settings so that financial metrics, reports, and dashboards reflect only your share of the investment. This is especially useful when collaborating with partners or tracking your true returns.

Step-by-Step: Configure Your Ownership Percentages
1. Organize Properties by Ownership Structure
Go to the Properties page.
Create separate Portfolios for each unique ownership structure.
Use drag-and-drop to move each Property into the correct Portfolio.
Ownership percentages are currently set at the Portfolio level, not per-property. If you have different percentages across properties, create a separate Portfolio for each.
2. Set Your Ownership Share
Click the three-dot menu on the Portfolio card.
Select Manage Collaborators.
Click the dash or percentage value shown under "Ownership."
Enter your actual percentage of ownership (e.g., 50, 33.33, etc.).
3. Toggle Dashboard View
Navigate to your Dashboard.
Use the toggle switch in the upper right corner:
White (Off) = shows 100% values
Blue (On) = shows adjusted values based on your ownership
This allows you to instantly switch between full investment views and your individual share of performance and returns.
