Important: Deletion is Permanent
Before submitting a deletion request, please keep the following in mind:
Account deletion is irreversible.
All data will be permanently removed, including:
Portfolios
Properties
Transactions
Bank connections and external links
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered—even if you change your mind later.
How to Request Account Deletion
To close your account:
Send an email to support@stessa.com
Make sure to send the email from the same address linked to your Stessa account
Include a brief note letting us know you'd like your account closed (optional: tell us why you're leaving)
Once we receive your request, our team will reply to confirm your request before deleting the account and associated data.
