Closing Your Stessa Account

If you’ve decided to stop using Stessa, you can request to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Important: Deletion is Permanent

Before submitting a deletion request, please keep the following in mind:

  • Account deletion is irreversible.

  • All data will be permanently removed, including:

    • Portfolios

    • Properties

    • Transactions

    • Bank connections and external links

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered—even if you change your mind later.

How to Request Account Deletion

To close your account:

  1. Send an email to support@stessa.com

  2. Make sure to send the email from the same address linked to your Stessa account

  3. Include a brief note letting us know you'd like your account closed (optional: tell us why you're leaving)

Once we receive your request, our team will reply to confirm your request before deleting the account and associated data.
