Web Login Instructions
To log in to your Stessa account from a web browser:
Go to https://app.stessa.com
Select Landlord Log In
Enter your email address and password
Click Log In
Make sure to use the email address associated with your Stessa account—especially if you have multiple emails.
Trouble Logging In?
If you're unable to log in:
Double-check that you're on the “Log In” screen (not “Sign Up” or "Create your account"
Make sure you are using the correct log in option. If you signed up with Google, Facebook, Bigger Pockets or Apple then be sure to use the applicable option.
Try resetting your password using the “Forgot password?” link

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account using a mobile authenticator app.
To enable 2FA:
Go to your Settings > Security
Download an app like Google Authenticator, Duo Mobile, or Authy to your mobile device.
Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication
Scan the QR code in the pop-up using your authenticator app
Enter the six-digit code shown in the app
Once enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter a real-time six-digit code each time you log in.
Lost access to your authenticator app?
If you've changed phones or lost access to your codes, contact support for help regaining access.
Logging In via the Mobile Stessa App
Stessa's mobile apps (iOS and Android) support secure login features like Face ID and fingerprint recognition.
Download the latest version of the Stessa app from the App Store or Google Play
Log in with your email and password
Enable biometric login under your device's security settings for faster access
Face ID (iOS) and facial recognition (Android) offer quick, secure access to your account—perfect if you're checking in frequently.
