If a tenant is having trouble logging into the Stessa Tenant Portal, follow the steps below to quickly resolve the most common issues.
š General Login Issues
If a tenant receives an error message while trying to log in:
Ensure they are accessing the correct portal:
⤠https://tenant.stessa.comAttempt a password reset:
Click the āForgot your Password?ā link on the login screen.
Enter the email address associated with the tenantās lease.
Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
š After resetting the password, have the tenant try logging in again.
š« āUnauthorized Accessā Error
If the tenant sees an āUnauthorized Accessā message, this usually points to one of the following issues:
1. Email Mismatch
Make sure the tenant is using the same email address that appears under the lease record in:
Leases & Tenants > Tenant Details
2. Rent Collection Not Enabled
Confirm that Rent Collection is enabled for the tenantās lease.
ā Once the email is correct and Rent Collection is active, the tenant should be able to log in without issue.
