If the tenant is receiving an error message it is best to attempt a password reset and try again.

Please access the tenant portal and click "Forgot your Password?" to send a password reset email.

Is the tenant receiving an "Unauthorized Access" message?

This may be due to a mismatch in tenant details or a disabled rent collection.

Please make sure rent collection is enabled and the email used on the Leases & Tenants Details page is the same as the email the tenant is using to log in.
