When you invite an applicant to complete a screening that includes a TransUnion Full Credit Report, they’ll receive an email with the following details:
What's Included In The Email
The email includes the address of the rental property they’re applying for, so they know exactly which listing the screening request is for.
Applicants will click the Start Screening button to begin the screening process. They’ll be prompted to create a renter account to securely verify their identity and complete the screening.
The invitation will show the email address that must be used to create their renter account.
Important: The applicant must use the "Log in email: when creating their renter account. If they use a different email address, the screening request will not appear in their account.
