This depends on the type of screening that was ordered.

TransUnion Full Credit Report turnaround times are dependent on how quickly your applicant takes action on their end. The report will be available as soon as the applicant completes their portion of the process.

RentPrep Background Check will be started once the applicant completes their identity verification. This report is completed by an FCRA certified screener which usually takes about an hour during normal business hours.

The applicant has not completed their identity verification with TransUnion. This step is required for the screening report to generate.

The RentPrep Background Check is hand compiled by our Screening Team and uses multiple databases to search for records. In some cases, further investigation may be required so a direct county or state search will be initiated (at no cost to you). At this point, we are waiting on the court results which can take longer than our typical turnaround time. You will receive an email notification if there is a delay due to an additional search.
