With this report, the applicant will receive an email invitation containing the a secure portal to verify their identity. Once the information has been accepted and approved, a report will be generated instantly into the landlords account.

The RentPrep Background Check is not an automated report. These reports are hand-compiled by our in-house FCRA certified screeners who will utilize multiple databases to provide accurate and compliant results. Typical turnaround time for these reports is 1-2 hours during our normal business hours. Once the report has been completed, the report will be generated into the landlords account.
