To obtain a copy of the RentPrep Background Check, visit RentPrep's Renters Relations page and complete the dispute form. Be sure to check the box "I would like to request a copy of my consumer report". Once filled out please send to disputes@rentprep.com with a copy of your license. Our Compliance Department will be in touch shortly after receiving the completed form.
