Can I buy a subscription for a collaborator?
Collaborators will NOT have full Pro access, when you invite collaborators to a portfolio you own, they gain access to the features enabled for that specific portfolio based on your subscription.
Collaborators can help with the following: add, edit, and delete Tenants, Properties, and Maintenance Tasks; create Listings; screen Applicants; view Reports; and add, edit, and delete Transactions assigned to properties within that portfolio based on the collaborator permissions.
The subscription you’re sharing allows collaborators to access reports that are otherwise available only through a subscription at the portfolio level. Their access is limited to the portfolio you’ve invited them to. To use subscription features in portfolios they own or others they’re invited to, collaborators will need their own subscription.
Keep in mind, not all tools or features are shared—some remain exclusive to the portfolio owner.
