How do I upgrade to Stessa Pro?

Log in to your Stessa account on the web and upgrade directly from your Settings page under the “Subscriptions” tab. Upgrading via the mobile app is not currently supported, although certain Pro features will be available to you via the mobile app once you’re on the Pro plan.

How much does Stessa Pro cost?

The full suite of Stessa Pro features is available for $16/month when you pay annually or $20/month for a monthly subscription.

How do I pay for Pro?

You can pay using a major credit card or with funds in your Stessa Cash Management account. The options for payment are available on the Settings page under the subscription tab.

Pro customers on both the annual and monthly plans are renewed automatically prior to expiration unless you cancel your subscription in advance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription on the Settings page under the Subscriptions tab.

Can I get a refund?

Cancellations are effective as of the next scheduled renewal date. For annual subscribers that may be quite some time in the future so please plan accordingly as we do not prorate or issue refunds for unused time periods. For monthly subscribers who cancel, your subscription will be valid until the end of the month and will not renew the following month.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to pro features up until the expiration date of your subscription. After expiration, your account will revert back to the free Essentials tier, at which point you will no longer have access to pro features.

Although features will now be limited, all underlying data will not be affected, such as custom portfolios. If you choose to renew your subscription at a later date, previous pro configurations will be reinstated upon renewal.

How can I change the credit card or account that is used for payment?

If you would like to change the payment method for future payments, go to the Subscription tab on the Settings page, select Modify Payment Details, and select your preferred payment method to process future payments.

Can I transfer my Pro subscription to another Stessa user?

No, each subscription is tied to a specific customer account on Stessa and is not transferable.

Can I buy a Pro subscription for a collaborator?

If you have a Pro subscription, any collaborators you invite to a portfolio you own will have access to Pro features for the portfolio. However, they will need to purchase their own Pro subscription to unlock Pro features for any portfolio they own.

What are the advantages of Stessa Pro versus the Free plan?

Stessa Pro is designed for investors who value their time and want to take advantage of more advanced tools including advanced reporting, collaboration tools, unlimited receipt scans, and a significant interest rate boost on Stessa Cash Management balances. Will you notify me when I will be charged for the subscription?

Monthly subscribers will automatically be renewed without prior notification. Annual subscribers will receive an upcoming renewal reminder email prior to any charges occurring.

How do I access the Pro features?

All Stessa Pro features will be immediately accessible in your Stessa account upon a successful subscription payment.

Is there a free version of Stessa?

Yes, Stessa Essentials is free and includes everything you need to get started with Stessa from asset management to accounting and banking functionality.
