How do I upgrade my Stessa subscription?

To upgrade your Stessa account, log in to the website and go to your Settings page. Then, click on the "Subscriptions" tab. Please note that you cannot upgrade using the Android app, but you can do so using the iOS app. However, once your account is subscribed, you will have access to certain Manage and Pro features on the mobile app.

How much does an upgrade cost?

The Pro plan, available at $28 per month when paid annually, includes all features in the Manage plan and also offers unlimited portfolios, advanced reports such as the Schedule of Real Estate Owned (SREO), unlimited smart receipt scans, higher APY, priority phone support, and more.

The Manage plan, available at $12 per month when paid annually, includes eSigning by DocuSign, 60+ legal forms and templates, Schedule E report, and more.

How do I pay for the subscription?

You may make a payment using a major credit card or funds from your Stessa Cash Management account. Payment options are accessible on the Settings page under the subscription tab.

Subscribed customers on both the annual and monthly plans are renewed automatically before expiration unless you cancel your subscription in advance.

How do I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

You can cancel or downgrade the subscription on the Settings page under the Subscriptions tab.

Can I get a refund?

Cancellations are effective as of the next scheduled renewal date. For annual subscribers, this could be a significant amount of time in the future, so please plan accordingly as we do not automatically prorate or issue refunds for unused periods. For monthly subscribers who cancel, your subscription will remain valid until the end of the month and will not renew the following month.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to pro features up until the expiration date of your subscription. After expiration, your account will revert back to the free Essentials tier, at which point you will no longer have access to pro features.

Although features will now be limited, all underlying data will not be affected, such as custom portfolios. If you choose to renew your subscription at a later date, previous pro configurations will be reinstated upon renewal.

How can I change the credit card or account that is used for payment?

If you would like to change the payment method for future payments, go to the Subscription tab on the Settings page, select Modify Payment Details, and select your preferred payment method to process future payments.

Can I transfer my subscription to another Stessa user?

No, each subscription is associated with a specific customer account on Stessa and cannot be transferred.

Can I buy a subscription for a collaborator?

If you have a subscription, any collaborators you invite to a portfolio you own will have access to features for the portfolio. However, they will need to purchase their own subscription to unlock features for any portfolio they own.

What are the advantages of a subscription plan versus the Essentials plan?
