Why It Matters
Your Leases & Tenants page powers the Rent Roll, which drives the Income metrics across your Property and Portfolio dashboards. If the Rent Roll is out of sync with actual rents or tenancy status, your dashboards won’t reflect reality.
Where to Find the Rent Roll
Navigate to your Leases & Tenants page.
The Rent Roll is organized by Portfolio → Property → Unit.
Each row represents a unit, showing current lease and tenant details.
Click "Add Tenant" (or an existing tenant's name) to manage lease details.
How to Add, Edit, or Delete Units
Click directly on unit fields (like unit name, bed/bath count, notes) to edit.
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper right to:
Add Unit
Add Other Income (e.g., parking, laundry)
Delete Unit
