How do I set up a debit card?
- You can request a debit card on the Cash Management page by clicking the three-dot action button to the right of the account and selecting "Issue Physical Debit Card".
Do I need a separate debit card for each account?
- No, but you can issue a debit card for each account.

Can I have multiple debit cards for a single checking account?
- Not at this time.

Can I have different nicknames on each card too?
- The cards will be named after the account.
What is a virtual debit card?
- A virtual debit card will function the same as a physical debit card but will only be accessible online.
How do I set my PIN?
- From the Stessa Cash Management page when you activate your card or call # on the back of the card.
How do I change my PIN?
- Call the number on the back of the card.
How do I activate my new card?
- You can activate the card on the Cash Management page or by calling the number on the back of the physical card. For virtual cards, it's auto-activated (no PIN).
How do I set and manage limits on debit card authorizations?
- The limit is $5000.
Are there any fees associated with debit cards?
- No, in fact, you get 1.1% cashback.
Where can I use my debit cards?
- Anywhere that VISA is accepted.
How do I set up my virtual debit card with my phone to use the tap-to-pay feature?
- Manually enter via the Wallet, etc.
Can I use my debit card(s) at an ATM to withdraw funds?
- Yes, but ATM fees will apply and vary by ATM.
How do I dispute a charge on my debit card account?
- You must call the number on the back of the card.
How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?
- Call 1-833-333-0417.
How do I report suspected fraud on my account?
- Call 1-833-333-0417.
How do I cancel or close a debit card account?
- Open a support ticket on the Cash Management page in the chat window at the bottom right.
