IMPORTANT: Deleting a property from your account is permanent and will erase all related data, including transactions, documents, and tenant info. Only take this step if you’re certain you no longer need access to the property’s data.
Before You Delete
If you’ve sold the property, we recommend marking it as Sold instead. This retains historical data while removing it from active dashboards. Learn how to mark a property as sold →
How to Permanently Delete a Property
Go to your Properties page
Click the property you want to delete
In the upper right corner select "Actions"
Select “Delete Property”
Type DELETE when prompted to confirm (you may need to scroll to see the input field)

What Happens When You Delete
The property is permanently removed
All transaction data, documents, and tenant info associated with the property is also deleted
This action cannot be undone
