How To Manage Property Leases & Tenants

Set up units, tenants, and lease details to keep your dashboards accurate and insightful.

Updated this week

Why It Matters

Your Property Leases power the Rent Roll, which drives the Income metrics across your Property and Portfolio dashboards. If the Rent Roll is out of sync with actual rents or tenancy status, your dashboards won’t reflect reality.

Where to Find the Rent Roll

  • To easily find all of your Rent Rolls, visit the Rent Collection tab.

  • The list is organized by portfolio making it easy to see all of the properties and their units within each portfolio.

  • On this page you can edit an existing lease by clicking on the tenant. To add a new lease, navigate to your Properties tab and select the Property you want to add a lease for. Then select the Leases tab and then Add Lease.

Managing Lease & Tenant Details

Add or Edit a Lease

  1. With a property, click the Leases tab.

  2. Click Add New Lease to create a new lease or click on an existing lease to edit
